It is baseless to say that Hyderabad is developed because it's made AP's capital.

A city won't develop just because it is made a capital. It's the geographical advantages of the city which makes its destination of choice.For example take New York state, its capital is Albany, a small city some where 200 mile away from New York City. Though Albany made NY's capital 200 years ago it is still a small city now. On average the top 20 big cities in US expanded 600% (population wise) while Albany expanded only 100% and look at the New York City,the worlds greatest city,it is not a capital,why it is developed so much?
